Dilchat Terms of Service

Welcome to Dilchat.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dilchat mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), which are operated by BrightHalo Tech Pte. Ltd. ("Dilchat", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

Dilchat is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If we become aware that a user is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Keep your account information updated;
• Keep your login credentials secure;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not sell, transfer, rent, or share your account with another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate information.

3. Our Services

Dilchat provides online communication and social networking services, including but not limited to:

• Video chat;
• Voice communication;
• Text messaging;
• User profiles;
• Random matching;
• Virtual gifts;
• Virtual coins;
• Other interactive features that may be introduced from time to time.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another user;
• Upload or transmit illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent, fraudulent, or sexually exploitative content;
• Share content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation;
• Promote terrorism or criminal activities;
• Impersonate another individual or organization;
• Distribute spam, scams, phishing messages, or unsolicited advertisements;
• Upload viruses or malicious software;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Services;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• Use bots, scripts, automation software, or other unauthorized means.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or transmit through Dilchat.

5. Community Safety and Content Moderation

To maintain a safe and respectful community, Dilchat may review user-generated content and user activity using automated technologies and/or human moderators.

We may review:

• Profile information;
• Photos and videos;
• User reports;
• Publicly shared content;
• Other information reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms.

If we determine that content or behavior violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws, we may:

• Remove the content;
• Issue warnings;
• Restrict certain features;
• Temporarily suspend the account;
• Permanently terminate the account;
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement where required by law.

Our moderation decisions are made in good faith to protect the safety and integrity of the platform.

6. Reporting and Blocking

Dilchat provides tools that allow users to report inappropriate content or behavior and to block other users.

When you submit a report, we may collect information related to the reported interaction, including chat records, profile information, media, technical logs, and the reason for the report.

Submitting false, abusive, or malicious reports may itself constitute a violation of these Terms.

Blocking another user generally prevents future communication through the Services, subject to the current functionality of the App.

7. Virtual Coins and In-App Purchases

Dilchat may provide virtual coins, gifts, subscriptions, or other virtual items that may be purchased through authorized payment platforms.

Virtual items:

• Have no monetary value outside the Services;
• Are licensed, not sold;
• Cannot be redeemed for cash;
• Cannot be transferred except where expressly permitted.

All purchases are processed by authorized third-party payment providers.

Except where required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable app marketplace, purchases are final and non-refundable.

Dilchat reserves the right to change prices, virtual items, or purchasing options at any time.

Unused virtual coins, gifts, subscriptions, or other virtual items may be forfeited if your account is deleted or terminated.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, source code, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and other content, are owned by or licensed to BrightHalo Tech Pte. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy;
• Modify;
• Distribute;
• Reverse engineer;
• Decompile;
• Create derivative works;
• Commercially exploit any part of the Services.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Dilchat, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms;
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities;
• Your activities create security or legal risks;
• We are required to do so by applicable law.

You may stop using the Services or request deletion of your account at any time through our Account Deletion page or by contacting customer support.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.

11. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BrightHalo Tech Pte. Ltd. makes no warranties regarding:

• Continuous availability;
• Uninterrupted operation;
• Accuracy or reliability of content;
• Compatibility with every device;
• Communications between users;
• User identity or conduct.

Interactions with other users are solely at your own risk.

12. Changes to the Services and These Terms

We may modify these Terms or the Services at any time.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may notify users through the App or our website.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that users may have under the laws of their country or region of residence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BrightHalo Tech Pte. Ltd. regarding the use of the Services.
